Interim Privacy Notice

Interim notice. This is a short, honest privacy notice for our pre-launch waitlist. HelixRaw ("we," "us") is evaluating interest in a future raw-genetic-data service. At this stage we do not collect saliva, biological samples, or genetic data, and nothing is for sale. A full Privacy Policy will replace this notice before any product launch or sample collection.

1. What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it to the waitlist form.
Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate page views, unique-visitor counts, approximate region, and ad-source (UTM) tags. We do not build advertising profiles on you.

2. Why we collect it

To notify you when sampling opens, and in aggregate, to measure interest in the service. We use your email for nothing else.

3. What we do NOT collect here

We do not collect genetic data, saliva, biological samples, health information, your name, phone number, or any payment information through this page.

4. Sharing and selling

We do not sell or "share" (as defined under applicable privacy law) your email. We use a reputable email/form provider solely to operate the waitlist. We disclose information only where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your email only until the waitlist period ends or you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. To unsubscribe or request deletion, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or contact us (Section 8).

6. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access or delete your personal information; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

7. Children

This page is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
